Downtown Brooklyn Baking Suite Rentals

Our 300 square feet, temperature-controlled, and turn-key Baking Suite in Downtown Brooklyn is available for on-demand hourly usage in four-hour shifts ($48 / hour), for half-days (before 2pm or after 2pm), or for full-time, 24/7 access (price upon request).

The space is equipped with a Doyon double rotating rack oven with steam injection, double stack convection oven, double proofing cabinet, 60 qt floor mixer, 90” dough sheeter, two baker’s top prep tables, a prep sink, and a hand sink. 

Our Baking Suite can also be rented with our 1,200 sq ft front-of-house event space, which includes a show kitchen, multiple dining and lounge event areas, and a virtual food hall and coffee shop with 100+ feet of street frontage and floor-to-ceiling windows. Through this event area, customers can order food for pick-up, dine-in, or delivery, and brands can host pop-ups, tastings, cooking classes, and more to cultivate a direct consumer relationship without building out a brick-and-mortar location.

Nimbus combines hourly and long-term kitchen rentals with events programming, allowing businesses to launch their concepts, scale production, and nurture relationships with their customers with little risk and minimal capital commitment.

Nimbus is open 7 days a week, 6am-10pm, and is available for 24/7 access for full-time members.
