These classes are designed to reveal the secrets of Italian pasta: by the end of the course you will know how to prepare a fresh pasta dish and some of the most beloved traditional Italian sauces.
They will begin with a short introduction to the ingredients, and then continue with working with the dough: you will learn how to prepare your own pasta from scratch!
They will teach you some different kind of pasta shapes as:

- Tagliatelle
- Fettuccine

In addition, they will show you how to prepare a few different sauces for our amazing pasta!
