Lower East Side Hourly Commercial Shift Kitchens

Our turn-key commercial kitchen stations in the Lower East Side are available for on-demand hourly usage in four-hour shifts ($40 / hour from 2pm-6pm; $33 / hour 6pm-10pm), for half-days (2pm-10pm), or for long-term dedicated agreements (price upon request).

K01 is equipped with a 6’ hood, combi oven, 4-burner range, prep table, and prep sink.

K02 is equipped with a 6’ hood, 6-burner range with convection oven base, 15” countertop griddle, 15 lb countertop fryer, prep table, and a prep sink.

K03 is equipped with a 6’ hood, 4-burner range with oven base, double stack convection oven, prep table, and a prep sink.

The stations can be rented separately for teams of up to 4, or K01 + K02 together as a large production space for up to 8 people.

The stations can also be rented with our 300 sq ft front-of-house event space, which includes a show kitchen and dining area. Through this event area, customers can order food for pick-up, dine-in, or delivery, and brands can host pop-ups, tastings, cooking classes, and more to cultivate a direct consumer relationship without building out a brick-and-mortar location.

Nimbus combines hourly and long-term kitchen rentals with events programming, allowing businesses to launch their concepts, scale production, and nurture relationships with their customers with little risk and minimal capital commitment.

Nimbus is open 7 days a week, 6am-10pm, and is available for 24/7 access for full-time members.
