Lower East Side Private Commercial Kitchens Available for Short-Term + Long-Term Rentals

This 240 sq ft private kitchen is available for on-demand hourly usage in four-hour shifts ($48 / hour from 2pm-6pm; $38 / hour 6pm-10pm), for half-days (2pm-10pm), or for long-term multi-month dedicated agreements (price upon request).

The unit is equipped with a 10’8” hood, a double stack convection oven, two 40 lb fryers, a 4-burner range with standard oven base, a 48” refrigerated work-top, a prep table, prep sink, and a hand sink.

The unit can also be rented with our 300 sq ft front-of-house event space, which includes a show kitchen and dining area. Through this event area, customers can order food for pick-up, dine-in, or delivery, and brands can host pop-ups, tastings, cooking classes, and more to cultivate a direct consumer relationship without building out a brick-and-mortar location.

Nimbus combines hourly and long-term kitchen rentals with events programming, allowing businesses to launch their concepts, scale production, and nurture relationships with their customers with little risk and minimal capital commitment.

Nimbus is open 7 days a week, 6am-10pm, and is available for 24/7 access for full-time members.
